Naples Cove is in Bay Forest, a private gated community in Naples, Florida.
It is located off of Vanderbilt Road, west of US Highway 41 (Tamiami Trail) between Immokalee and Bonita Beach Road.
Unit #1605 at 285 Naples Cove Drive, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,377 square foot condominium located on the 6th floor of a 7
story building. Full-size washer and dryer, cable television, computer with high speed Internet, and fax machine (long
distance not included) in condo. Great sunrise and sunset views, screened lanai, Har-Tru tennis courts, fishing, pool,
clubhouse, exercise/fitness center, and within 5 minutes of the condo are 4 of the area's most beautiful beaches, Vanderbilt,
Delnor-Wiggins, Lely Barefoot and Bonita Beach.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Rentals are for annual, seasonal or monthly, subject to availability.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS 1 MONTH BY CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES. Rental subject to availability, renter qualification
and condo association approval.

Rental rate does not include the 4% Collier County Tourist Tax and 5% State of Florida
Sales Tax (10% total tax). These taxes are not collected on rentals of more than six months under Florida law
